1. Push-ups Exercise

It is one of the best exercise to increase your chest and this exercise you can do anywhere only you want some space to do that exercise. Push ups affect several muscle groups at once. This strengthens not only your chest but also your core. You will get better results by doing this exercise.

2. Regular Push-ups

Regular Push-ups exercise is the basic of push-up if you are new then you have to practice that daily.To do regular push ups, place both your hands on the floor, keep your waist straight. Now bend your elbows and bring your chest near the floor and come back to the same position. You have to do that and to 12 times and daily do three sets of regular push ups.

3. Decline Push-ups

To increase your chest Decline push up is one of the best exercise To do this, you have to keep your feet at a height of 1 foot from the ground and just like regular pushups, you have to take your chest near the ground. You have to do three sets in a day of decline push ups this will make your chest and shoulders beautiful and strong.

4. Diamond push-ups

Diamond push up is difficult from another push-ups but the result of diamond push up is also best from other push ups.In this, you keep your hands very close, in such a way that they come in a diamond-like posture. After that go down like every push up and come back to the same position, you have to do Diamond push ups three sets daily.

5. Wide Push-ups

It’s a little different in that you have to keep your hands away And all your pressure will come on your chest in this exercise, but from this your chest will be developed fast.To do the wide push up exercise, keep your hands away and move your body towards the bottom and backup in your position.

6. Polymetric Push-ups

This is one of the best exercise for your body before you have to do that exercise you have to come on regular push ups position and slowly move your body towards the floor. Now when you come act upper side then put such a force with your hands that your hands are above the floor and come in the air. You have to do 10 to 12 times in one sat this exercise and do 3 sets daily.
